We accept most payment methods processed safely and securely by PayPal, Stripe or eBay.

We are required by law to charge sales tax in certain states. Even though most of our products qualify for tax exemptions if purchased on other platforms (i.e., website), eBay does not provide a method for completing tax-exempt sales. Therefore, all eBay purchases through All States Ag Parts will be charged sales tax regardless of the buyer’s sales tax status. We cannot refund sales tax once the sale is processed on the eBay site. You may be able to request a refund directly from your state’s taxing authority.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on most of our items!

• 48 Contiguous US States: UPS or USPS. We also offer Next Day Air if necessary, ask us for quote.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, US territories addresses: USPS Priority Mail
• Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) before our cut-off time of 2:00 PM (eastern time).
• All orders placed afterward will be processed the next business day.

We gladly accept returns for unused and uninstalled items within 30 calendar days from the order delivery date.

Once a return is approved, you will have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the return label to ship the item. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

We do not accept returns outside of the specified time frame.

Warranty: If your item has a manufacturer defect, please refer to our warranty policy for details on coverage and replacement options.

Unless otherwise specified, all our items come with a full 1-year warranty against manufacturing issues. Our warranty covers a one-time replacement. All warranties begin on the date of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser.

The limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor, removal, installation, or any diagnostic costs.

The warranty shall be voided if:

• Products have exceeded the warranty expiration date.

• Man-made damages are caused by careless operation and use. Products are damaged due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.

• The part is returned locked up or contaminated in any way.

• Purchaser fails to provide proof of installation of the part by a certified technician, professional mechanic, or service station.
