Cosmetic Condition	These are pre-owned items which were decommissioned from a professional environment before being stored in a warehouse. Items may have some dust, adhesive residue, and some minor scratches and scuffs. But we have ensured that none of the items have enough damage that would render them unusable. All batteries have functional clips and do not fall out of the badges. Lanyards are brand new in their original unopened packaging. Dock is in good condition, with only minor dust.
Testing Details	Vocera badges: We performed a factory reset on all items that appears as though it was successful. We do not have extensive knowledge about these items, so we are not able to test things beyond this reset procedure and ensuring batteries stay intact. Items now boot, then require a WAN connection, we do not have software to finish the remainder of the setup, so this is as far as we were able to get. Batteries: Batteries were placed in the 8-bay dock and any battery which the dock indicated was bad is not included. All batteries included successfully charged and power devices on. They do not appear to be damaged or swollen. Clips work and are not broken. We did not extensively test battery life, so we cannot guarantee this. Dock: We ensured that all bays were clear and that they successfully power on and charge items with the included power supply.

The items you receive may not be the precise items photographed, we have a large volume of these units but have ensured they are in the same condition, the same model, and they passed the same testing procedures without issue. Despite these items being sold as-is/no returns we are happy to assist in cases where the condition does not match the listing, or items do not power on as described. We cannot accept returns due to software issues as this is not something we are able to test.
