Due to the size of tires, some pairs and sets of 4 may be separated in the courier facility and not be delivered on the same day, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked on all tires to a set or pair by using the master tracking number on the courier website. Example: You can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th tire the next day or the day after, or one tire one day and the second tire the next day. We understand this is can be an inconvenience for our valued customers, however this is out of our control. This only happens on occasion, as most sets and pairs are delivered together on the same day.   We thank you for your understanding.

If there are any issues/defects with your tires or delivery, and they are not what was described in the listing, please message us immediately with photos and description. We will either send a replacement tire or offer a full/partial refund. Please message us before initiating a return through ebay.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Buyer must initiate the return through Ebay and ship the tire(s) back to us(at buyers expense). The tire(s) must not be installed & returned in the same condition with the original tags to receive a refund. If tire(s) are defective or not as described please see *Hoopers Word of Honor*.
