You can add a second soap metering valve by selecting the option to include it. – For best performance, the standard fittings include 3/4″ for water and chemicals, and 1/4″ for soap connections. The P40 model features a 1″ inlet and 1/2″ bypass, while the AR45 has a 1 1/4″ inlet and 3/4″ bypass. – The system is mounted on an aluminum plate as standard. Opt for the Storm Guard HD aluminum cover upgrade for enhanced protection and aesthetics of your Hydro-Mixer XL. – Designed to work efficiently with high GPM gas-powered pumps such as Comet P36/P40 or AR45, or with compressor-driven air pumps exceeding 10 GPM. – It includes special high-flow, made-in-the-USA metering valves engineered to maintain full pump performance and unrestricted flow, even with low SH percentages. – A bypass setup suitable for gas pumps is included, allowing solution recirculation in bypass mode for approximately 5-10 minutes. – You can install a second soap/surfactant metering valve to handle two products at once, or to avoid switching the soap line between tanks—ideal for running both a surfactant and a degreaser, or a neutralizer/rinse aid. – Features a valve indicator for clear visibility of the percentage settings and simplified operation. – Identical water and SH valves ensure accurate and consistent mixture ratios continuously. – Precision-engineered soap metering valves provide fine adjustments, eliminating the common issue of imprecise soap levels. – All parts are designed for chemical resistance, easy maintenance, long service life, and overall system durability. – Includes a 1-year warranty on all parts and craftsmanship, with a 5-year warranty on the manifold. Note: Warranty does not cover thread stripping or damage caused by overtightening or the use of incorrect sealants. – A flush valve option is strongly recommended to extend the life of your pump and system. – Please specify the pump model to ensure correct hose barb sizing and bypass hose dimensions.
